Dining

Food allergies
At Onyado Toho, we prepare various dishes in the same kitchen, using the same cooking equipment.
Dishes and other equipment are also washed in the same area using the same dishwashers. This makes it difficult to deny the possibility of allergens entering the food. Therefore, with the safety of our guests in mind, we do not have special menus for guests with allergies or a list of possible allergens.

We ask guests to consider the above, and decide for themselves whether to enjoy the food we serve.
Thank you for your understanding.

If you have food allergies but wish to join your party for meals, please feel free to bring your own food.
If you wish to do this, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Transportation

Is there any other means of transportation besides buses?
It takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the station. The taxi fare is about ¥1,500–¥2,000.

Tell me about your courtesy bus service.
We operate a shuttle bus between our hotel and Aizuwakamatsu Station. Guests may be dropped off at Tsuruga-jo Castle via Aizuwakamatsu Station the morning after their stay.

Staying with children

Services provided by our housekeeping and restaurant staff

Highchairs are available at the buffet restaurant.

We will be traveling with children. Are there any events for children?
We do not have any regular services for children throughout the year, but we do have special events and services for children during summer holidays, etc.
